Hey mak, This is not an environment to be selling good quality assets at fire sale prices.Only sell if the price is reasonable i.e book value or there abouts.Like G.R said they are not a forced seller of assets.

Banks will have knowledge about this and will only sell if the right offers are put on the table.

If they were to sell well below book value can u imagine what damage that might do to future sales and the property sector in general. These banks might have interest in other companies which in turn might effect share price and property valuations.

Property sales are expected to come in shortly according to G.R.

You need to be patient because 1 f#@$ up then we could be in a worse state.Patience is the key.

The property sector should be getting behind centro and all sticking together thus helping one another to whether the storm.

If we had a takeover offer from a consortium of some sort this will rank ahead of the banks money also resulting in a sudden push up in share price. If the company announces the offer and then in turn rejects it. Thus is also another strategy.

The assets are their, they are not going to run away.We just need some real offers to come in.

Anywayz what happened to the 90cent takeover bid a few months back. The market didn't really factor that in fully anywayz. We seem to be factoring in the worst rather than an equal balance of both negative and positive.

The market is going over board with the selling because once again the company hasn't confirmed anything that leads to the current "CHILDISH" share price.

The market is factoring all the B.S newspaper articles and negative sentiment rather than saying hey wait their might be a possibility of centro pulling through.
