They are disadvantaged in as much as they are a product of a failed experiment that started some 30 years ago during the glorious days of of Gough. Free housing, free welfare, free everything.
Many immigrants have come here in the last 30 years with nothing but the clothes they were wearing. Many came to clean toilets, drive taxis, work three jobs 7 days a week. Some of these are now paying the taxes to support the lifestyle of these WASPs. All I can say is that I am glad they were now any of the ethnic groups that started this, even though I know many who live in the area.
