danhoff - your analysis seems to indicate that you think you are smarter and more knowledgeable on the workings of the global economy than some of the smartest economic minds of our time.

Funny thing is if you are holding gold or silver you are either losing money or are watching profits disappear. All in the belief that you are right and "they" are wrong.

I am willing to bet that you are not even as close to being as educated or as smart than some of the people trying to solve the problems of the GFC.

In which case it may be more prudent to make investment decisions of price activity rather than to preempt the market via your myopic view of the world economy.
