I think they do care ------------ I'm absolutely certain that China cares ----------- yes, it's building a lot of coal fired stations presently -

but it's also the biggest investor by a country mile in renewables - and it's also building nukes

it's going forward at an enormous rate - but, it's going to a coal free future

the difference between China and somewhere like Australia is that China has big ideas, big plans, plenty of guts to back them up

Oz has a big land, little ideas and very little guts

and Oz are wasters ---------- if you look at the water usage per person in Oz and the personal emissions - they are atrocious
