Gday Topdad, I think you made a typo 2 cents?

point 2 is correct as far as needing to be seen as capable of being financially viable and being able to either produce or at least be able to contract out manufacture?

personally I would think the MAUL or MPM L/NL weapon (Firestorm) are the ones waiting in the wings, the US has delayed it's decision on the MPM weapon? why would that be??
as for the MAUL, well it could be Canada, but it could just as easily come from the US, and possibly from two directions, one military and the other from the homeland security area which may include border protection or normal police duties,the 3GL may also get a look in here!

I think the recent management post DS have been doing a pretty good job with what they had, they took us to the verge of commercialisation and possibly without this dilution we will now see, I think that the SPP was to get us through until we sold some weapons, I also believe that that deal may have been thwarted by those same people who are behind the equity offer, my belief is that they (equity offerer) were forced into this action by virtue of the fact metalstorm were at the point where sales of one platform were immanent, and to someone whom the equity provider doesn't want to see metalstorm technology in their hands! it was a political move, I have no doubt about that, the US has been pulling the wool over our eyes for quite some time, they want the tech, I have been saying that for years now, they are now acting on it, for reasons of national security to prevent proliferation!
But it all smells badly, I question the method they have used and the fact that our own government has been complicit!
