This is just my opinion - Is the delay in the PFS because Vince wants to let a potential off take time to review the PFS before being put out to the market?.....Sometimes i get very frustrated how long things take with AVL but as long as its a ripper of a PFS (Which i am sure it will be) then i can wait a little longer.....As long as it is December we see the PFS otherwise the SP will be slammed!
