For SMM to appeal they have to have permission, which I believe they are asking for next Tuesday. SMM must show grounds, rules of precedence etc., and not insinuate injustice. If granted an appeal, to win the appeal, it must be shown that Judge Brown, in the original case made a mistake, an error in law, that obviously affected the outcome. Insignificant errors do no count. Insinuations and accusations of impropriety against Axiom also do not count. Cheers.
