Ah excellent Strider. It is clear from this that the Appeal (if one does materialise) would leave just RF&B remaining, as you say.
And something new would have to arise to overrule to original Court's decision (as far as my understanding goes) so this certainly puts BTU in a more front-footed stance.
Maybe we are closer than it seems. :)
