This is a dissenting decision in a case where the Applicant lost her appeal against unfair dismissal from a nursing home for refusing to get the Covid vaccine despite having no problem with multiple flu jabs throughout. FWC upheld the original decision in a majority.

Taking this as a WIN is like taking every dissenting judgement of Justice Kirby's as a W at the High Court for decades.
