yes strange postings indeed they have had a winter each year since time began. what new news is that.
i have to laugh grasping at straws. it is how much china needs and uses over a year and each year from now, not in winter. and i am sure if they run low they will produce more in winter. its about supply and demand not summer or winter. ;) :)
