history shows that fundamentals are more relible IMO
Charts like past property sales analysis is looking back and they cannot be relied upon on their own. If you want to make money look at what is and then you can learn from history.
Charts are useful tools but without analysing the fundamentals and what could be in the future they are just lines on a page.
I do respect your view by the way, I just happen to disagree with it (medium to long term).
