another thing to consider is how strong institutional support is for your company
no coincidence that strong buying into the teens preceded boac's initial sub holder notice - we now have quite a few other larger players on board
rau's last placement was with the likes of patersons - only one company and imo, not a mob i would be expecting much long term sp appreciation - not to mention the high political risk with bolivia compared with the relatively low risk of the philippines
the market is doing it's thing in regard to RED - too many bigger players will want results.......eventually
