....and there be the underlying reason for not meeting the installation rate. Franchisees refusing to pay. Anyone able to verify the costs to operate? (as I am to lazy to go looking )

In my point of view it's an huge issue that Dominos explain that the growth on their sales are depending on DTS technology.
