As the judge said this case is unique so there's an unusually large amount of influencing factors, all of which needed to be read out. Add to that the extremely high profile of the case and it's not surprising he made a few slipups reading his script.

I don't remember asking you for a defence of the accused !, the judge is on big coin, I listened and handed down my rating, and C plus it was, I therefor deny your appeal...….
