Stop the negativity and start buying. All indicators say one thing BUY. You wouldn't be on this site unless you were interested in property. If it came up and hit you all in the face you wouldn't relies it because of you negativity. I can hear it now if only. Boy if i had a dollar for every time i have heard that over the years.
