I dont think they can ask for more time, they have been given 90 days which is a fair bit of time so i think they would have to adhere to that, could be wrong though.
I doubt there will be any leaks, there hasn't been so far, or if there has they haven't been big enough to make a change, it is too risky for Shell to let leaks happen.
My guess is Monday afternoon trading halt, decision tuesday afternoon sometime, 30c (hopefully) on Wed :)
