re: weak (chart update) Howdy Amory, I am glad to see that you are cautiously taking a position for the downside on bhp. I took a minor short position on friday using the march 12.00 puts.
The RSI and price have been diverging for quite a while now (although never useful in predicting exactly when the reversal will come).
Fridays candle was very weak, the stochastics are rolling down and the entire days action was outside the upper bollinger band.
Worth a punt IMHO, could it possibly be heading down to fill the gap in the 11.90s or the next lower gap in the high 11.60s low 70s????
