re: weak (chart update) morning, Commy. glad you said 'cautiously'. amory would not like to convey the idea that BHP is technically the ideal short. take a look at last august/september when they were in overbought (RSI > 70) for about six weeks before turning downwards & even then, not by very much & resumed uptrend.
were I not expecting overall weakness in the market within a few days, I wouldn't touch them for a short at this point. they've burnt me in the past.
