I wonder if the recent weakness has anything to do with a perception that UNS is about to raise more capital in the U.S.A. The Shelf registration statement that was announced to the market is a precursor to a capital raising. However, the statement lasts for 2 years so maybe a capital raising is way off. The announcement that the company is cutting costs may support such a view. Just my opinion.
