I'm not sure as to why so many are disgruntled that Unilife are going through a business realignment. It is quite clear that the focus has been on building operational capacity over the past few years, that is now complete. Unilife clearly needs to shift to a sales/marketing focused organisation now, and as Dukedog noted, there will be numerous engineering/technical positions related to building operational capacity that will no longer be required.
This is good news - we are now shifting our focus to driving sales and marketing & our cashburn will be lower.
