Is there any agreement that Sanofi will actually pay for the initial batch of prefills that come off the line. I would have thought the $40m or so they have given us so far would include a free batch of syringes to start doing there testing an validation. is it possible that there will be no income from the first few million syringes? AS did say that future payments from Sanofi will be a percentage of the profit they make their sales that use our syringe. That could be way off in the future

If so then it really is the new agreements we are relying on for immediate income. No new supply agreements, no new income.

Im not convinced that we should be calcuating profit based on sales of syringes just yet.

Anyone kow anymore about income from actual sales versus upfront payments from access and supply agreements?
