Averaging down is catching a falling knife and we all know what a knife does. Buy and hold on stock like these will send you broke so I rather Buy and be alert at all times. I never ever will buy and hold no matter what stock it is. Paranoia will reward you in the long run and today was a failure. Management have done nothing at this stage just look at the stock price, is this company only being operated so the employees, executives milk the company till it lasts then move onto another start up and rinse & repeat the same procedure.
