Pick up the phone and call the company. They were reviewed by an independent medical board and recommended to continue. The quantitative data from the results are the best in any study to date and are incredibly encouraging. The data around effectiveness against placebo was Qualitative meaning that it was effectively asking a question to the person involved in the study - ie little to no scientific relevance.
