What are you bitching about? They just did a placement at 2.2c a massive premium to the current share price. if that is not an endorsement on where this company is going, what is? It says something about the mkt that they are focussing on the dilution rather than on the price paid....it would be fairly clear that those making the placement have the clear view that the price is going higher sometime soon.
