I am trying to get an understanding why investors are buying at these high levels right now, eg paying 10 cents when the company is pretty much cash totalling 7 cents right now.

In other words the market is valuing the confidence from all the big names at 3 cents a share.

I think that is very low price to be alongside most of those names. Any one of them has a proven premium price factor.

I guess you could put it another way by saying that most of those wealthy families and individuals did not get that way by making bad investments.
