Yeah fair enough farmboy, just thought I might be missing something and buying the shares now might give you some sort of guarantee of a certain parcel of the new shares or something.
The names associated with this are very good, and I know Geoff Wilson has bought in who I really rate highly. However Geoff will get his shares at NTA, whereas people paying on market are paying 40% more than the level for example Geoff is buying in at.
I saw the same confidence with MVT 18 months ago, Brierley, Weiss and Wilson again there also. Hasn't stopped that one trading at a discount now so just seeing a similarity. If 40% percent premium is cheap to buy into some good investors that would be a first ever as far as I am aware of.
