She has always been emphatically refusing GML's claim that the new law amounts to "expropriation without compensation" because this claim does not refer to the land but to the right to the ML. Therefore it is the ML that is being expropriated and the ML, at the moment, has a value of, at least, $2 per share. Therefore, IMO, she is risking a claim of more that $3Bn which, if awarded, would put Greenland on its knees, and that is a very real risk especially with a world class legal firm as engaged by GML. I hope that good sense prevails before matters go to court.
