That's a fair comment but I was quoting from how the Danes perspective on how the system works before court proceedings.

They want the parties to seek a way forward by Negotiation before Court proceedings and no opportunity left for compromise.

I think that so much pressure will build from within Greenland plus of course GML own position and voice that they will be forced to negotiate.

A court case certainly would be too costly for Greenland and unaffordable when clearly there is a way forward....
