75% drop doesn't mean low downside risk. It likely means previous expectations were wrong. Maybe they are currently correct with the stock down 75% or maybe they are not. Who knows. Personally I find is somewhat disturbing when a concept stock drops 75% and I certainly don't view it as a bullish point.

Just remember - what is the definition of a stock down 99%? One that was down 98% then halved!! Just because it is down 75% certainly doesn't mean it can't go a lot lower.

But, there will be a bounce at some point given very few things move in a straight line.
