Their focus on servicing their customers is also reflected in their management of Paul Piazza.

"Head Of Customer Success is quite a change from VP of Global Sales. Was there an internal restructure? If so, was it associated with the rollout of Version 3, and how is this version being received in the marketplace?"
"Paul was new to the firm and came in initially as Head of Customer Success but also had a sales background so it made sense for him to head up both. He's excellent.
Source 3.0 is being sold to new customers and still being deployed to existing customers. So it's still new. Too early for feedback but it's a better product than 2.0."
