The acquisition of Branchout is unique can't be replicated unless you got access to another database of 1.2 billion profiles, acquisition of Marianas Lab unless you got the brains to replicate the algorithm that these guys posses to speed up the time it takes to pull data and feed it through to compile a curated talent pool within minutes instead of days then I would say that's pretty unique as well.
