I doubt there is such a thing called "good value" for 1PG, you only compared the same 1PG yesterday and the day before ... there is no significant revenue up coming, they have already committed 100% expenditure rise... as I mentioned yesterday the objective value you can put it on is as if they didn't do the cap raising at $4.5, how much you will value them today, then plus that $48mil cash ... I doubt it will be $1.5 ...
