you're quite right in your preamble about the consolidation etc. but looking at Lucapa track record it's dismal - has been for many years. The Angolans won't budge, they're doing nicely scooping the dollars every time a Type IIa 'appears', why would they change anything? all their missus have their fur coats (no drawers of course) and everyone's happy, right?
also we're going into the dead zone from May to August - so nothing to look forward to for a while.
