Hi In America it is not the guns that make them bar their windows it is a certain class that live in ghettos and hate everyone . Take the weapons from the people then only the Crims will have guns . Sure register them Licence them follow when thet change hands ( Registered Transfers) and maybe also a ballistic test on each weapon . Cheers Towie
