According to the 7 days forcast for SE-QLD there is no significant rain to be expected. Don't know about NSW but wind comes from South so it should be clearing up there as well.
Regional news reported Rocky is infrastructure related soon back to normal, so contractor may have access to their equipment and roads can be used too.
Bruce Highway is expected to re-open latest on Sunday between Brisbane and Rocky if water level continue to fall with the current rate and if 2 days for repairs are enough.
