for those that dont know and I have just checked, using Lagos as a guide Sept & Oct are reasonably damp and the dry really kicks in Nov and goes right through to April.

They kind of talked about this but much of the delay is about doing things at the right time.

I dont think the Winzes are all that material from an investment point of view
