The frost and continuous drought would likely have a substantial impact on the California almond supply while Spain's almond production zone is also suffering from drought which would suggest a considerable cut back on the supply side.
However, the stagflation and war could also impact the demand side, hard to say where will this thing to go, as one can choose not to eat almond but must have wheat or rice everyday.
