I don't want to rain on the Bureau's parade - they've copped enough of that in Qld. But I've never understood this... Looking at the forecast just a minute ago it read: "Rain 50% (medium) chance of at least 0 mm" and that's what it says for the next 9 hours
So, in my admittedly basic understanding of our national language, does that mean there's a 50/50 chance it'll rain over the next 9 hours, but if it does there will be zero precipitation?
