Unfortunately, any attempt to Raine in spending by the next Gumnut will cause a backlash at the next following election because SA public has been on the mother's teat for close to one whole generation (think whats happening with WA). Liberals Marshall is hopeless at challenging Labor and will be a one term leader IMO There's no hope of SA getting out of debt... Think Illinois Debt problem...
