watso seems  to think this is somewhat discriminatory.. surely in the alphabet soup of gender types, a streaker should be treated  as just another gender - and who knows how quickly a person might want to change - from one gender to the other.... mmm as quick as it takes to remove ones clothes

it is good to see governments tackling the real serious issues in life.

at the federal level, it seems that the government did not want to do anything about 18c - because there were more important issues for the government to deal with.  at least at the state level, they know what is important
