SA has a problem with Grid Stability around their solar and wind installations.
When SA went on impulse with Wind and Solar, the weather conditions showed up the weakness in their system.
The cost to taxpayer and increases in power prices, did not include a battery installation.
So it will be interesting to see the total installation rolled out and fully costed, as compared to the SA Premiers original estimate.
I have not seen any literature which states it's a replacement for a power station.
It may end up a test case, that the Federal Government has to fix and Australian tax payers fund.
Less see how it goes.
cheers
