I got in around 3.20 as Intelligent Investor put a buy on the stock. Small 2% div ff is low but I see the payout ration / div growing as underline earning for 2018 should be around 19c per share and growing that about 10% a year over many years to come and with platform and development cost falling on a an income basses will see more $$ to the bottom line. Mawar increasing holding to 7.5% is very interesting also so might se a little bounce to day. I brought this stock as a long position but I think it will get taken over like sadly ACX -Aconex
