I had heard the same about conditions this year. This has enabled work to continue at a steady pace and work progams to be followed in a timely manner.
I believe PC is now realising that holders crave news about what's going on, even if only small steps. It keeps S/H updated & MAE on others watchlists. Keep those announcements coming!
