Some interesting points came out of the web cast. It looks as though we will have an announcement about a SXEW plant for Kulu this Qtr. Quite a bit of ore has been stockpiled during the dry season so we won't have the same wet season issues.

There was some hint that a SXEW would be ready by mid 2009 rather than 2010 as originally indicated. It seems they have been doing quite a bit more work there than we thought.

Dikulushi underground drilling are going very well an are in line with predictions. They were pleasantly surprised A new resource estimate will be released Q1 2008.

Kinsevere has substantial stockpiles of ore over 442000 @ 4.25% and all drilling has increased confidence. A new resource estimate will be released Q1 2008.

The ball mill for Stage II will be ready for delivery by April 08.

Profits for Q4 2007 will be similar to Q3.

The issue of the DRC contracts review were discussed and Bill reminded everyone this is our 3rd major review and did not express any concern either way over the validity of out contracts. There has been no formal communication at all on this matter.

They had a meeting with the Minister for Mines a some months ago on other issue. The Governor of Katanga has released a letter trying to restore confidence in the market and investors.

So overall pretty good news. Major resource estimates out early next year and a decision on Kulu before year end.
