I'm looking to buy into WEB, but with the CR now live, I suspect I'll need to sit on my hands for a few weeks.
The offer is pitched at $5.60/sh, a reasonable discount to even today's closing price of $7.09. This suggests there may be an opportunity for shareholders to "stag" their new acquisition, possibly leading to price weakness. Without wishing ill to the existing shareholders, this may emerge as a buying opportunity.
Conversely, if the new acquisition is very value accretive, today may be the cheapest they will be in a while!
