when looking to buy a share i try to find an 'Achilles heel'. Regarding Webjet i compare it with my own direct experience. I use the WEB platform to find me the cheapest flight/s. I then contact Flightcentre and they match the price whilst providing 24hr backup via their worldwide network of offices should something go wrong. Hence, I never end up spending money at WEB. I suspect others do similar.
