In truth, I would rather see the SP rise and we not sell... rather than an early Xmas present that doesn't keep on giving.
Until any offer is formally placed with dates... it is all just speculation.
IMO Best time to buy something is when it has a combination of:
undervalued
growth potential
good market share
competitive advantage over its competitors
WEB has many of these things... and there has been many reports of the amount of private capital available as gunpowder at present...
