It's hard to see management agreeing to sell the company for $17 - after all, were trading there a few months back. Personally, I can't see them agreeing to anything sub $19 or thereabouts. Either way, I'm happy holding here as I think the stock is very undervalued. A bid at a nice premium would be icing on the cake!
