Looks like significant movement going on with the volumes and the sp. Obviously a substanstial share holder's buying in, as the sp keeps going up with the higher sell offers. Web's 'off the sharemarket' performance has been real encouraging, which has not been reflected in its share price. Would be worth keeping an eye on the charts
