Haha yeah I'd like to think that Booking.com could eventually be under the Webjet umbrella, however I do believe it's owned by Priceline.com - an absolute giant (arguably the biggest travel company in the world).
I also think that Webjet is facing a little more intense competition than it has in the past, given Flight Centre's pivot to its online site and bookings, as well as the old Jetset Group collaborating into 'Helloworld'.
Flight Centre is one hell of a business. Helloworld has some way to go yet. Webjet is solid in its market share, and it seems to only be growing. I think the market will eventually correct this, or a big player will swoop.
